Detailed Itinerary of 14 Days Uganda Tour
Day 1: Pick up and Hotel Drop off
Following your arrival at Entebbe airport, our company driver guide will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe where you will spend a night. Dinner and overnight stay at Boma Hotel Entebbe

Day 2: Mabamba Swamps Day Visit
After an early breakfast head out for a Mabamba Swamp day tour for a chance to spot the shoebill stork. Mabamba Swamp is one of the few areas in the world that travellers can spot the Shoebill Stork, one of the most sought after birds in Uganda. Enjoy bird watching in the area, the nature around it punctuated with a lunch. Return to the hotel later; relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay as above (1Dbl, 1Twn).

Day 3: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, Game Drive and Sundowner Experience
Drive Time: Approx. 6 hours
After your breakfast at the hotel, depart to Murchison falls national park. Check in at the lodge, enjoy lunch and thereafter head out for a late afternoon game drive for an opportunity to spot the different wild game in the park. Enjoy a sundowner experience, return to the lodge and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Pakuba Safari Lodge

Day 4: Morning game drive and boat cruise in Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, connect for a morning game drive where you will be able to view different animals like elephants, buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, waterbucks, oribi, giraffes, warthogs, view predators like lions and leopards if you are lucky among others. After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will connect for an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile, which will give you an exciting panoramic view at the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. Along the cruise, you will encounter crocodiles, hippos, and birds on the riverbanks like kingfishers, cormorants, and bee-eater. Return to the lodge with an en-route evening game drive to find some animals. Dinner and overnight stay at lodge as above.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive, Afternoon Boat Ride, Top of the Falls Visit
Get to enjoy another game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, looking out for more wild game as early as 6am. Return for breakfast the lodge, relax for the rest of the morning. After a hot lunch, head out for an afternoon boat ride, as well as a top of the falls visit from where you shall have views of the thunderous waterfalls. Return to the lodge; relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive, Transfer to Kibale National Park
Early morning after breakfast, check out and proceed on a transfer to Kibale Forest National Park with yet another game viewing experience en-route. Kibale Forest National Park is home to almost 13 primate species. These include red colobus and L’Hoest’s monkey and many more. You will have lunch in Fort Portal and proceed with the journey to the Kibale forest. Dinner and overnight stay at Chimpanzee Forest Lodge.

Day 7: Bigodi Swamp Walk, Afternoon Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale National Park
After breakfast, you will set out for a nature walk in the Bigodi swamp area and look out for most of the water-loving bird species. The forest /Park has almost 335 species of birds and therefore a good place for birders.
Return to the lodge; enjoy lunch and later an afternoon chimpanzee tracking within the Kibale Forest. During your search, expect to see a lot of primate species like chimpanzees, monkeys, and other animals like, bush pig and duiker, warthogs, reptiles, and amphibians as well as a colorful variety of butterflies; there are 13 primates in Kibale National Park. Spend up to 1 hour with the chimpanzees, and thereafter return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 8: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Private Boat Ride
Drive Time: Approx. 3 hours
After enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, check out and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Depending on your time, have stopovers to take some pictures of the tea plantations, crater lakes among others before entering the park. Upon arrival you will check into the lodge for lunch where after enjoy a late afternoon private boat ride in the Kazinga Channel for a chance to enjoy the ride, and sight animals at shores like elephants take a dip or drink, as well as birds like egrets. Return to the lodge thereafter; relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Elephant Hab Lodge.

Day 9: Kyambura Gorge Chimpanzee Trek, Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast – Chimpanzee Trekking in Kyambura Gorge for a chance to come up-close with chimpanzees therein, as well as the nature, primates and wildlife in the Kyambura Gorge. Return to the lodge for lunch, and enjoy a late afternoon game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park later. Dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 10: Morning and Afternoon Game Drives, Crater Lakes Visit
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will set out for a morning game drive in search of early risers in the Kasenyi area where you will view different animals such as lions, antelopes, buffalos, elephants, waterbuck, Uganda Kob, and other types of antelopes. Later return to your Lodge for lunch.
Head out thereafter for an afternoon game drive yet again, where you will connect to exploration of the crater lakes in the park. Dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 11: Fly to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Optional Batwa Experience
Note: Driving is possible
Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge, and thereafter proceed for a transfer to Kasese Airstrip arriving in time for your flight to Kisoro Airstrip. A transfer driver who will drive you to the lodge shall meet you. Check in, relax at the lodge. Lunch and Dinner shall be at Lake Chahafi Resort.

Day 12: Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
After having breakfast early at your lodge, you will transfer to the park headquarters for briefing about the gorilla trekking experience. You will enjoy spending time with the gorillas and enjoy watching them and observing their behavior as you record videos and take photos. After spending 1 hour with the gorillas, you will return to the park headquarters and your guide will drive you to your lodge. Enjoy lunch and a relaxed afternoon at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 13: Golden Monkey Tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park Experience
Enjoy your breakfast at your lodge ahead of your drive to the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park headquarters for briefing ahead of your golden monkey trekking adventure. After briefing and being allocated a tracking group as well as park rangers and guides, walk deep into the forest to search for golden monkeys. Upon encountering the golden monkeys in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, you will spend 1 hour with the golden monkeys and enjoy taking photos. After the golden monkey tracking experience, you will return to the park headquarters from where you shall also meet your Uganda safari guide waiting for you.
You will spend the rest of the day at leisure relaxing at the lodge, enjoying views of the lakes, as well as reminiscing about your Uganda primate safari experience.

Day 14: Fly to Entebbe
On this last day of your 14 Days Uganda Tour, enjoy your breakfast and thereafter your driver guide shall transfer you to Kisoro Airstrip arriving in time for your flight to Entebbe. This ends your 14 Days Uganda Tour.
