Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti
Our professional driver guide will meet you at your hotel in Arusha or upon arrival at the airport, warm welcome and briefing on 3 Days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari as he will prepare you psychologically for this wonderful safari of Africa.
You will start you drive to Serengeti passing through Ngorongoro Crater as we watch the beauty of Africa with great scenery, abundant wildlife and diverse cultures en-route as we pass through villages between the parks reaching to the park late in the afternoon check in our hotel for late lunch.
Afternoon game drive to see great herds of Buffalo, groups of Elephants and Giraffes, thousands of Elands, Lions, wildebeest, Topi, Impala among others. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After an early breakfast at the lodge we shall transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge (optional), boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handyman’, known as the early men.
We shall arrive at the lodge in time for lunch after which we will descend over 550 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater to view wildlife for the rest of the day. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, eland, warthog, zebra, buffalo, hippo, and giant African elephants, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and leopard. We shall then visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds are usually found here. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Ngorongoro to Arusha
On this day, you will wake up early for your breakfast then drive back to Arusha for your flight. End of 3 Days Ngorongoro and Serengeti safari.
