Detailed Itinerary of 4 Days Ndutu Migration and Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Day 1: Transfer to the Ndutu area, Game Drive
Upon your arrival at Ndutu Airstrip, our Tanzania safari guide will pick you up and brief you about the safari. Enjoy a game drive as you drive to the camp; look out for the different animals, check in at the camp, and relax as you wait for lunch. After checking in at your lodge/camp and having lunch, you will engage in an afternoon game drive to explore the wilderness of the Ndutu area.
Wildlife species in the Ndutu area also include elephants, zebras, cheetahs, giraffes, lions, and leopards, among others. You will transfer back to your lodge after your game drive as you prepare for dinner and overnight at Sero Tented Camp for Budget, Ndutu Ngorongoro Camp for Mid-range and Budget, Lake Masek Tented Lodge for Luxury.

Day 2: Ndutu Wildebeest Calving Experience
You shall enjoy breakfast at the camp and get to explore the wildebeest-covered southern plains of Serengeti National Park in the Ndutu Area. Watch the wildebeest migration and have a chance to witness the calves being born, as well as predators lurking around! Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness! Dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Morning Ndutu Game Drive, Transfer to Ngorongoro Highlands, En route Olduvai Gorge Visit
Drive Time: Approx. 3 hours
Enjoy an early cup of tea; head out for more game viewing at 6:30 am. Return to the lodge/camp, have breakfast, and with a packed lunch, check out for a transfer to Ngorongoro, with an en-route Olduvai Gorge Visit for a lesson through the history of mankind.
Enjoy a picnic lunch, and proceed to the lodge, check in, and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Eileen’s Tree Inn for Budget, Hhando Coffee Lodge for Mid-range, Acacia Ngorongoro Luxury Camp for Lower-Luxury.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Departure
Drive Time: Approx. 4 hours
After breakfast, with your packed lunch, head out for a full-day game drive in the crater. You will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania, which is home to numerous wildlife species like the big 5, which includes lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos, and elephants. Other wildlife species in Ngorongoro include hyenas, wildebeests, antelopes, cheetahs, zebras, hippos, waterbucks, and warthogs, among others.
There are also different bird species, which can be spotted around Ngorongoro Crater, like ostriches, as well as flamingos common along the shores of Lake Magadi. After your game drive around the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoy lunch and then proceed on a transfer to Arusha with a drop off at the airport, arriving in time for your flight.
