Detailed Itinerary 6 Days Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari
Day 1: Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, Game Drive and Boat Safari
On this 1st day of the 6 Days Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari, our Kenya safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi and you will have a short briefing about the safari and start your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park.
You will engage in a game drive around Lake Nakuru National Park as you look out for wildlife species such as black and white rhinos, zebras, leopards, Rothschild giraffes, elands, waterbucks, among other wildlife species as well as flamingos on the shores of Lake Nakuru. After your game drive, your dinner and overnight will be at Lake Nakuru Safari Lodge for Mid-range.

Day 2: Game Drive in Lake Nakuru, Drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast at your lodge with a packed lunch proceed on another game viewing experience in Lake Nakuru National Park, looking out for the different birds and animals. After an early picnic lunch, transfer to the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is home to the Big Five, such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo. Drive to the camp, check in and relax. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Mara Camp.

Day 3-5: Full Day Game Drives in Maasai Mara National Reserve
You have 3 full days in Maasai Mara to enjoy game drives as per your will; you can opt for early morning game drives, and relax in the afternoon one or two days, or go for full day game drives, all as per your will. Enjoy breakfasts at the lodge, hot lunches at the camp, or picnic lunches in the wild.
While on game drives in Maasai Mara National Reserve, animals to look out for include elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, waterbucks, and impalas, among others.
Dinner and overnight stays as above.

Day 6: Maasai Cultural Experience, and departure
After breakfast and checking out of the lodge in Maasai Mara National Reserve, you will enjoy game viewing as you leave the park. Enjoy a Maasai cultural experience for a chance to learn and interact with the locals. After, you will be driven to Nairobi to the airport for your flight, or hotel of your stay in Nairobi, which will end the 6 Days Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari.
