Ndutu Olmorijo camp
Ndutu Olmorijo camp is a new mobile mid- range accommodation found in the rush green plains of Ndutu withinthe stunning Ngorongoro conservation area Tanzania region. The camp Moves from December to March In the Ndutu areas since over Million Wildbeest give birth (newborn calves) in the savannah plains.
Guests can reach the camp by taking approximately a 4-5 hour drive from Arusha town to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, followed by a 1-2 hour flight from Arusha to the nearby Ndutu airstrip, and then a few minutes’ transfer to the camp.
Ndutu Olmorijo camp consists of 5 comfortable and spacious en suite Tents offering single beds for individuals and double and triple occupancy overlooking the savannah plains with Comfort. The tents are well decorated, elevated on raised platforms, and furnished with en-suite facilities that include a clean flushing toilet, bush showers with hot and cold water heated by fire, a safari bucket shower, solar energy, mosquito nets, tables and chairs, free toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and other amenities.
Tents have open verandas and sitting areas overlooking the spectacular view over the savannah plain, wildlife roaming around and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed bedding with queen- and king-sized beds. The camp has Cracking fireplaces where you can relax and share stories and experiences of the safari not only that, but it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days.

A dining tent that serves different menus of both continental and local cuisine that meet guests’ appetites. The camp offers a Continental breakfast, picnic lunch, and separate dining areas; it also serves outdoor and indoor dinner options, as well as bush barbecue dinners prepared by welcoming staff. You can have bush breakfasts as you enjoy the morning sunrises and bush dinners overlooking the stars in the sky. During the evening you relax on terraces/sundowners while overlooking ndutu savannah plains.
A well- stocked bar with both hard and soft drinks, you sip any drink of your choice overlooking the surrounding areas.
Services include laundry and housekeeping services, Airport transfers and pickups since the camp is close to the airstrips, ample parking space available, and walking night safaris.
Wifi internet hotspot in the main tent that enables guests to keep in contact with their families and friends.
Activities to do at the camp: Hot air Ballooning rides and game viewing to guests who want to see variety of animals, sundowner picnics, visiting local villages especially the Masaai, etc.
Ngorongoro crater is found in the Northern part of Tanzania close to Ngorongoro conservation area in the great rift valley covering the total area of 8,292km and its 3 million years old . The crater is the best place in East Africa with beautiful, breathtaking Views. There are different attractions in the park, which include the wildebeest migration from Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater , Salei Plains and Ol karien Gorge, Variety flora and Fauna, stunning scenery; and many more attractions. The park offers various categories of accommodation, including budget, mid-range, and luxury options, all of which are convenient and affordable for guests visiting the area.
The park contains short grasses with more highlands and other beautiful volcanoes. The area have over 25,000 large animals, including 26 black rhinoceroses, over 100 number of lions, 7,000 wild beasts, 4,000 zebras, 3,000 eland and 3,000 Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles. The park has different animals, including the big five mammals of the world ; lion ,Buffaloes, elephant, leopards ,Rhinos ,zebras , impalas, antelopes and different bird species.

There are more different activities to do while in the Park which include; Game viewing at crater and lake Eyasi view point to different animals migrating , Crater viewing , Cultural visits in the local village, Hiking the Gol Mountains in the remote areas of the park , Crater Rim Nature walks, Bird watching in the park, Visiting archaeological like oldivai gorge museum and many other activities . The Park gives a stunning view of the Ngorongoro Crater since it’s the largest caldera in the world and the surrounding areas.
There are more masaai mara pastoralists in Ngorongoro Park. It’s $80 per person entering Ngorongoro Park. June –july and late January and February are the best month to travel in Tanzania for a safari, especially on the Ngorongoro side.
