Tarangire park Tanzania : Tarangire national park is a safari destination which is located about 120 kilometers from Arusha town in the northern part of Tanzania.

There are various attractions in Tarangire national park which is home to numerous wildlife species and is also known for being a great birding destination with over 600 bird species that can be spotted.

Large herds of elephants roam around the savannah plains of Tarangire national park and they can be spotted as you drive around on your safari in the national park. Tarangire national park is said to have the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania.
