Detailed Itinerary 14 Days Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar Safari Holiday
Day 1: Pick up, Drive to Kibale National Park, Optional Tea Plantation Visit
Drive Time: Approx. 6 hours
Your guide in Uganda will pick you up upon arrival in Entebbe, or from your hotel of stay in Entebbe or Kampala and you will welcome you to the Pearl of Africa, Uganda.
Proceed for a transfer to Kibale National Park the home of chimpanzees, various primates like vervet monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, L”Hoests monkeys, among so many others. Kibale National Park is also a great habitat for birds.
Visit a Tea plantation for a chance to see how tea is grown, harvested and more. Proceed to the lodge, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking, Optional Bigodi Swamp Walk
Wake up to breakfast at the lodge, and then head out for a chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale National Park. You shall be briefed about the activity, and then proceed to search for chimpanzees in the natural habitat. Spend one hour with the chimpanzees, and then track back for your chimpanzee tracking certificates.
Meet your driver guide, and return to the lodge for lunch. Rest for the rest of the afternoon, or opt for a Bigodi Swamp walk for a chance to spot different birds and scenic views. Dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Optional Batwa Cultural Tour
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, and then proceed to transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park. Enjoy great views of the countryside as you drive to the park, punctuated with a lunch stop en-route. Enjoy a Batwa cultural tour where you will interact with the local community and get to know more about their ways of life and their culture, and then proceed to the lodge. Check in; relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience
After breakfast at your lodge, you will proceed to the park headquarters for a short briefing before trekking into the Bwindi impenetrable forest in search of the gorillas. You will trek through forested area as your search for the gorillas and when you find the gorillas, you will spend about 1 hour with them.
After your gorilla trekking activity, you will meet your guide and return to your lodge, spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight will be as above.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Mburo, Guided Walking Safari
After breakfast at your lodge, check out and proceed on a transfer to Lake Mburo National. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for lunch.
After a relaxed lunch, head out for a game drive and guided walking safari experience coming upclose with nature and wildlife including zebras! Return to the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Kigarama Wilderness Lodge.

Day 6: Transfer to Entebbe, Fly to JRO Tanzania (Own Booking)
Drive Time: Approx. 4 hours.
Wake up to an early breakfast and transfer to Entebbe International Airport with a lunch stop en-route. You shall arrive in time for your flight to Tanzania.
Upon your arrival in Tanzania, your Tanzania safari guide shall be ready to pick you and transfer you to the lodge. Check in, have dinner and an overnight stay at Burka Coffee Lodge.

Day 7: Transfer to Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Your guide will meet you at the hotel, and you will start your safari to the Ngorongoro conservation area where you will enjoy wildlife viewing experiences. You will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater where you will search for wildlife species like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, hyenas, jackals, hippos, zebras, herds of wildebeests.
You will also see attractions such as Lake Magadi where you will see a variety of birds such as flamingos as well as other wildlife species grazing in the nearby plains. You will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Drive to Serengeti National Park, Game Drive
After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Serengeti national park. You will have lunch in the national park and later you will engage in an afternoon game drive around Serengeti national park.
You will search for different wildlife species during your game drive such as the big 5 and many others during your safari.
During your afternoon game drive in Serengeti national park, you will look out for a variety of wildlife and bird species such as elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, antelopes, zebras, rhinos, buffalos, hippos, cheetahs, elands, waterbucks, kudus, lions, leopards, impalas, gazelles among others. You will have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9 &10: Full Day Serengeti
After breakfast at your lodge, you will head out with your packed lunch for a full day Serengeti National Park safari experience. Engage in a morning game drive around Serengeti national park and look out for the wildebeest herds in the savannah plains as well as other wildlife species. You will have lunch ahead of another wildlife experience in the national park.
Later in the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 11: Drive to Arusha, Flight to Zanzibar
You will have breakfast at your lodge ahead of your drive to Arusha where your guide will drop you off at the airport to catch a flight to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel for check in. Dinner and overnight stay at Nungwi Dreams by Mantis (Sea View Rooms).

Day 12: Stone Town, Prison Island and Zanzibar Spice tour
You will have breakfast at your hotel and after this you will start your day’s activities including a Stone Town tour around Zanzibar island.
You will also take a private boat from Stone town to Changuu island or Prison island where you will enjoy seeing the Giant tortoises and during your tour of the island you will also enjoy snorkeling. You will take a boat back from Changuu island back to Stone town. On this day you will also engage in a spice tour as you explore the plantations where you will see different exotic spices and also get to know the uses of the spices like cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg among others. After the spice tour, you will return to your hotel for dinner and to spend the night as above.

Day 13: Zanzibar beach experience
You will have a day to relax at the white sand beaches of Zanzibar Island and enjoy views of the Indian ocean as above.
