Detailed Itinerary of 8 Days Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Bwindi Gorilla Safari
Day 1: Pick up, Drive to Ngorongoro, Walking Safari
Today, you shall be picked up at the hotel in Arusha by our company Tanzania safari driver guide. He will welcome you to Tanzania and for the safari, and brief you about the same. You will proceed to drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area where you will engage in a guided walking safari in Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During your walking safari in Ngorongoro, you will be accompanied by a ranger and you will get a close encounter with your natural surroundings in Ngorongoro and also get to know how to track animals. After this experience, you will proceed to your lodge, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Maasai Bomas
You will have breakfast as you prepare for a drive to the Ngorongoro crater where you will descend 600 meters into the crater and engage in a game drive as you look out for elephants, lions, buffalos, leopards, zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, dik dik, antelopes, and warthogs among others.
You will also enjoy amazing views around the Ngorongoro crater during your game drive and also see flamingos along the shores of the alkaline lake found in the crater, Lake Magadi. After your game drive, you will get to visit the Maasai Bomas for a cultural experience to interact with the locals. Return to your lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Drive to Serengeti National Park, Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Serengeti national park. You will have lunch at your lodge in the national park and later you will engage in a late afternoon game drive around Serengeti national park.
You will search for different wildlife species during your game drive such as the big 5 and many others during your safari. After your game drive, you will be driven you to your lodge for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti Park Tanzania
After your breakfast at the lodge/camp today, together with your packed lunch you shall head out for a full day game drive in the Serengeti Plains. Look out for various animals in Serengeti National Park. Explore Serengeti Park Tanzania and engage in a game drive as you look out for wildlife species like giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, lions, leopards, elands, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, cheetahs among others.
At the end of the day, relax at the lodge as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Drive to JRO, Fly to Entebbe (Own Booking)
Drive Time: Approx. 7 Hours
You will have breakfast as you prepare for your drive to Arusha from your lodge in Serengeti national park, enjoying another opportunity to see wildlife species on the way to JRO where you will be dropped off at the airport in time for your flight to Entebbe.
Upon arrival in Entebbe, proceed to your hotel, check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Drive Time: Approx. 8 hours. Flight Option Available
Your Uganda safari guide will pick you from your hotel and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park through communities and scenic parts of the Ugandan country-side. Enjoy stops at the Equator and lunch, then proceed to the park. Once in the park, check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Community Rest Camp for Budget, Buhoma Haven Lodge for Mid-range, and Buhoma Lodge for Luxury

Day 7: Gorilla trek in Bwindi forest Park
Early in the morning after breakfast and a briefing from the UWA officials, set off for the gorilla tracking. This is a once lifetime experience and unforgettable adventure. The ranger guides will lead you into the thick forest and start your search for the endangered Mountain Gorillas. You will move up and down the rugged terrain until you finally meet these harmonious creatures that will entertain you with performances for about1hour.
The activity can take 2 -7 hours since the gorillas move up and down. This is an awesome and exciting moment where you will be able to see other types of the primates such as monkeys, birds, and more. Return for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 8: Departure
Drive Time: Approx. 8 hours. Flight Option available
After breakfast at the lodge, check out for a transfer to Entebbe with a lunch and Equator water experiment stop. Arrive in time for your flight back home, or be dropped off at your preferred lodging in Entebbe or Kampala. This brings your safari to an end.
